Fields: Configure PDF Field Properties
If you want to use a search field to correspond to PDF meta fields, you can set up the PDF field properties for that search field. You can specify the PDF meta field name and PDF data type.

Extra content search fields do not map to MARC tags, nor do they map to PDF metadata fields. While these options may be available for extra content, changing the settings may cause undesirable results. |
Search Configuration > Search Fields > Configure PDF Field Properties
PDF Meta Field Name
Specifies the name of the PDF field.
PDF Data Type
Specifies the data type for the PDF field. Portfolio supports these data types: meta string field, meta date field, and document text. You can also choose to assign a “None” option for the data type.
